Yes, it depends on the rate conditions you choose. Flexible rates generally allow free modification or cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. For non-refundable offers, modifications are not possible. Please check your booking details or contact us directly.
What time can I arrive at the hotel?
Check-in is possible from 3pm. For guaranteed access from 10am, early check-in can be booked in advance, subject to availability (€35 supplement).
Do you offer an airport transfer service?
We don’t offer a dedicated shuttle service, but our teams can recommend a cab service or guide you to public transport options (easy access from the airport via Central Station).
Does the hotel have parking?
Our facilities do not have private parking, but you’ll find the secure Interparking Grand-Place public parking lot just a 2-minute walk away.
How can I find out the price of my room?
Rates are displayed in real time on our official website, according to your dates of stay and the type of room you have chosen. By booking directly, you can access our guaranteed best prices.
Do I have to pay at the time of booking?
Most of our rates require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Payment can be deferred on arrival or made in advance, depending on the conditions of the offer chosen (flexible or non-refundable).
What are your cancellation conditions?
They vary according to the offer chosen. Some bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, others are non-refundable. All conditions are indicated before validation.
How do I know if a room is available on my dates?
Enter your dates on our booking engine to check availability in real time. You can also contact us by phone or e-mail.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome at both the Aris Grand Place and the Alma Grand Place, for a supplement of 25 euros. Please let us know in advance so that we can make the best possible arrangements.
Can I book a cot or extra bed?
Yes, on request and subject to availability. Our family and duplex rooms are particularly suited to stays with children.
Can I book several rooms at the same time?
Absolutely. Our website allows you to book up to 5 rooms simultaneously. For larger groups, please contact us directly.
How can I be sure that my reservation has been registered?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a reservation number. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk mail or contact us.
Are my bank details safe on your site?
Yes, our site is secured by SSL encryption, guaranteeing the confidentiality of your data.
Do you require a deposit on arrival?
Yes, a bank imprint may be requested on arrival. This is not a debit, but a pre-authorization to cover any additional charges. The amount is not blocked on your account and disappears automatically a few days after your departure, depending on your bank.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
Yes, our team is available day and night, 7 days a week, to welcome you, respond to your requests or advise you on your outings in Brussels.
Do you offer rooms with cots or extra beds?
Yes, a cot can be provided free of charge on request for children under 4. An extra bed is available for children aged 4 and over (supplement €50/night, depending on room).
Is breakfast included and how does it work?
Breakfast is not systematically included: it depends on your booking formula. You can add it at the time of booking or request it on site, simply by informing reception the day before or the morning of your arrival. It is served as a buffet by our partner Lloyd Coffee Eatery, with a wide choice of fresh produce.
Opening hours: 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays, and until 11 a.m. at weekends.
Do the rooms have Wi-Fi?
Of course. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection is offered and available in all rooms and common areas.
What time can I arrive and leave my room?
Check-in is possible from 3pm. Check-out is before 11am. Early check-in and late check-out options are available subject to availability.
Is there a luggage storage service?
Yes, a free luggage storage service is available 24 hours a day at reception.
Will my room be done every day?
