Article 1. Booking Terms

Bookings are mainly made online, via the website or mobile app. Phone and email bookings are possible if needed.

Bookings must be for private use. Otherwise, professional terms apply, and clients must email aris@arbanyhotels.com  or alma@arbanyhotels.com.

Bookings are only valid upon receipt of a confirmation email. Clients must verify details and report discrepancies within 24 hours in writing. Late claims will be deemed void.

Group bookings (5+ rooms) are subject to specific contracts and full prepayment.

Bookings are personal and may not be modified without prior written consent.

Article 2. Prices

Prices are shown before and during booking, per room, per number of guests, and per date. Final total is confirmed at booking. Prices are in EUR and include VAT (unless stated otherwise). Additional services are not included unless stated.

Tourist tax is payable at the hotel unless included in prepayment.

Prices may vary until booking is confirmed.

Article 3. Payment

Clients must provide valid credit card details when booking. The cardholder must be present at check-in.

Payments are processed via Ogone/Ingenico or Cybersource. In case of error, the client must resolve the issue with their bank and confirm booking via another method.

In case of prepayment, the full amount (room, tax, meals, extras) is charged immediately.

In other cases, a pre-authorization may be done 48h before arrival. Final payment is due at check-out.

ID may be requested for verification.

Article 4. Cancellation & No Show

Cancellations may be done online or by email and are valid only upon confirmation.

Prepaid bookings are non-refundable.

For non-prepaid bookings, cancellations are free until 6:00 PM on arrival day. After that, one night’s stay is charged.

Specific offers/packages may have different cancellation policies.

Article 5. Shortening the Stay

If stay is shortened before arrival (by 6:00 PM), no fee is charged (except prepaid bookings). After arrival, full original stay is due.

Special offers may have different policies.

Article 6. Extending the Stay

Extensions are considered new bookings and require a written request. New conditions and confirmation apply.

Availability is not guaranteed.

Article 7. Withdrawal

According to Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, there is no right of withdrawal for hotel services.
